Will Foley Appear Before Ethics Committee? Does Rehab Excuse Him?
Haven't heard anything about Foley being called before the committee. He might have some answers even under oath.

1. Since he's no longer a Congressman, I don't think he's under their
purview any longer----or that's what they said as I recall

That is right. He can and will be prosecuted.
But that is done by law enforcement and not congress. Congress can only censure or kick him out.

5. Thats two different thing.
If you stole from a company & they had a internal committee to see what is to be done with you & you already resigned. Would you still be under their jurisdiction?

4. Foley should appear before a magistrate judge and be indited
...on sex charges with minors. No ethics hearing necessary. Throw the book at him then get after the rest of BushCo
