the ENTIRE international community is on board with these sanctions. Therefore nobody will do business with NK and there can't be a ship sailing to or from there, and hence no incident.

actually I can imagine them staging an incident to instill pre election fear in the voters, but in all likelihood they'll do it in their usual incompetent fashion and Amurkin voters won't be affected by it. Even if they did a MIHOP with a fake NK nookyular device, I think you'll see major skepticism even among the whore media. I just don't think anybody's buying the whoe terra terra fear fear bullshit anymore.
