New Yorkers, so Spencer's really only presenting the following platform
to run on against Clinton:

1. Terra and "we're at war"
2. Hillary talks Washington and she's to blame for nothing getting done in DC for 6 years.
3. Cut taxes on businesses.

What are his numbers?

2. One more:
He is focused on saying that Senator Clinton plans to run for president in '08. I think he says this on the average 1 time per minute.

His numbers a so low that the state and national republicans aren't going to invest in his campaign. He has not shown the ability to generate the numbers that even the poor woman he is filling in for did.
