Washington Journal: Matt Stoller of MyDD

How refreshing to see Matt on this morning and his take on the election. He's facing off against some sockpuppet for a website called "townhall.com".

She definitely looks like another one of these types that never let the facts get in the way of a good lie or spin...and doesn't do it very convincingly.

It's great to see Matt get some props...he's been doing great work for a long time. A year ago you wouldn't have seen him on TV...the blogosphere has come a long way.

More of the football game mentality, "we keep winning"...

Daddy made sure she got the nice clothes and the worst crisis she's probably had was when the latte machine was broken.

Stoller's doing great...frames things very very well.

Now wouldn't it be nice if someone calls in to ask her why she isn't in the military...but I think we know why...she's a full fledged member of the 101st keyboard brigade of the Yellow elephants.

Typically clueless and spoiled. Somehow this world and country owe something to her and we're not worthy. What a horrible lie to live.

I've read Matt for years, this is the first time I've seen him...and I'm impressed. At least now I know who is behind the "kiss mobile".

Matt made my day.

She's fighting with her own people...sheesh. Her attitude is "I'm too good for this"...and somehow the world revolves around what she thinks. This is the type of person I'll be glad to see on the outside after November 8th.

Very confident now. Just eviscerated republicans and called for them to take the power back from the corrupt leaders.

He stormed Normandy, crossed the Rhine River, liberated a concentration camp and has never, in HIS lifetime, had a President who scared him more? He has never been so frightened about losing our Republic. He was appalled by the loss of Habeas Corpus and asked her what it would take for her to turn against her party? Her answer (while squirming and coughing) was the Rush Limpball talking points...bad, bad welfare, fiscal responsibility (HUH???*&^%) and personal responsibility (me me me me me..it's all about ME). What a PATHETIC argument. Notice she didn't say ONE thing about Habeas Corpus?

Did you also notice when Steve was reading Tillman's blog post about his brother, he went down the list of things this administration has done and SKIPPED right over Tillman's point about the loss of HABEAS CORPUS??? He went right over it to the next point. It's little things like that that make me see some C-SPAN hosts as repukes (Steve, Peter and Brian). He deliberately ignored that point....not that all the other points weren't bad, but HABEAS CORPUS is a BIGGIE, and Steve KNOWS THAT. IMCPO.

That little repuke blogger was definitely no match for Matt. He was great. His argument about Global Warming and the repuke's refusal to accept it was awesome.

It is such a relief to finally be able to sit back and enjoy a discussion like this knowing that we had someone articulate, well-informed and intellectually honest representing our side.

I was hoping someone would get through to tell the townhall chick to wipe the smirk off her face. It was annoying.

The only other disappointment is that the topic of electronic voting never came up, and there is no denying that that will be huge factor in this election, as it has since at least 2002.
