you want to look away but you just can't. I've seen that page that link points to before and he does seem to show all of the symptoms. It's going to be a loooong 2 years.

I say, given that Bush is so inarticulate, how can you tell that he is not stupid? Isn't being articulate a necessary (and also not sufficient) condition of intelligence?
