Skilling sentenced today (Enron)
I favor the death penalty for him, and no bullshit appeals that will only result in more rounds of pushing paper. If this terrorist will not get the death penalty then he should be sent to a medieval style prison in some faraway country that practices torture.

1. If he doesn't trip and fall on his sword,
on the way to sentencing...

2. No doubt he'll be allowed to go home
as he will appeal the sentence although he did violate the drinking rules. IF he is not sent to jail today, don't be surprised if he too 'dies'.

3. Unfortunately, he will appear suitably contrite,
and the judge will decide that he and his family have already suffered enough punishment. That's my prediction.

4. He could suffer a fatal hear attack before the hearing
And he and kenny boy can sit on their beach and enjoy the spoils.

5. I predict he will get less time than a person with a Lb of pot.
