1. C-SPAN's Astroturfing At An All Time High

They bring on a wingnut asshat, Mark Steyn, then follow him up with a tanned and K-Street'd Tom Daschele and now this "expert" in fear mongering and stereotyping.

The balance on these shows lately have been atrocious...heavily Repugnican or Democrat-lites. When they have a real Progressive or Liberal, like a Matt Stoller, they have to "counter balance" him with a floozy right wing barbie doll.

This dude and Steyn are spewing the fear of those brown-skinned "Islamists"...as if they want to swarm here like Saladdin and force everyone to convert or die by the sword. Sheesh.

He's an AIPAC puppet...pander to the fundies and Repugnican fears of Islam as a safety blanket for Israel...their direct line to the boosh regime. This is such a dangerous relationship and its long-term affects for Israel will doom these goons to being considered the Quislings of their day.
