Poll question: Which branch of government is above the law?
I don't know how much of this issue is really an issue and how much of it is pre-election disruption, but I think it needs to be put into perspective. Which branch of our government should be allowed to disregard our own laws?

2. From what I can gather from their words and actions, the Bush
team considers itself the only branch of government, rendering a comparison poll obsolete.

From the last so many years, it seems to me that the Bush administration and Nancy Grace are the only entities above the law.

10. And yet so many seem willing to let it be true of the executive branch...
...by suggesting that we do nothing to impeach, or of the legislative branch, the law-making branch, in allowing them to disregard their duty to impeach the highest offices of our govenment who have flagrantly disregarded the Constitution and the law. Laws are meaningless when they are selectively enforced for convenience.
