The upside of America's instant gratification culture
The American people have a low tolerance for long drawn out wars.
The Iraq war is no longer fashionable and has worn out its welcome. We won already anyway, so time to leave. I think this is a factor behind the sliding polls and why it will just keep getting worse for the republicans the more stubborn they are.

1. A change of strategy has been needed for a long time.
Only now that Nov 7 is nearing *Co is claiming that they are going to consider a change in strategy. This is pure deception. Any imbecile would have known the Middle East would not welcome the U.S. as liberators. They knew it too. When they say the insurgence was more than ever expected that are lying.

*They have their own agenda in the Middle East that has no relation to the needs of the U.S. and as time goes on it is becoming obvious to more people.

*And when I say 'they', who knows who they are, but 'they' are not necessarily all Americans either.
