1. I just wish Obama would go away...
until at least November 8th. He's managed to draw most of the news media's attention away from the disgusting Republicans and their imminent meltdown. It makes me wonder about Obama's political acumen and his motives.

10. Personally, I don't believe the media need an excuse
to shift attention away from the corrupt, incompetent mob in power now. They would have made something up regardless of what Obama said. They will turn any mole hill in to a mountain or turn the truth on it's head just to change the subject. If a Democrat, says he/she likes ice tea, they will take up the cause of the abused hot tea drinkers.

Take George Poopunopolous for example, and his disparate treatment of who was responsible for 9/11 during his interviews, supposedly over his number of e-mails. We know that was bullshit.

26. My apologies to George Stephanopolous for post 10
I had him confused with Chris Wallace on the 9/11 interview, I regret the error and I am sorry.

P.S. Chris Wallace sucks

11. I thought that
but then I thought that he is giving the Democrats a good face to identify with, and a good message of hope at a good time (when the Republicans are imploding). It may make people more likely to identify themselves as democrats because Ophra says it is OK. It's all good for us as long as it stays positive on him for the next 2 weeks.

12. I wish he would just be a kick ass senator for four years before he
went after the presidency. I mean he can do what he wants, but he'd be way more potent.

9. Gore's passion for the environment will make him an excellent
indeed necessary president -considering the eco-disasters in our future.
Not sure charisma can fix those - a president who is serious about environmental issues on the other hand....

For Dems to win the 2008 ticket it will take someone who is strong in international relations, first and foremost. Second will be domestic policy and the environment. ANY Dem who is nominated will be automatically sensitive to both domestic and the environment.

Forget Gore for the moment because there is less of a guarantee that he will even run.

Who is the best suited in international relations? John Kerry and Wes Clark
As a running mate focused on domestic and the environment? Clinton, Feingold & Obama

That's as close as I could reason it and it looks like a tough choice for any of us.

I also think the U.S. citizenry would be more apt to go for a woman or a minority in a Vice Presidential position 1st, before Pres.

If Kerry won the nomination, then Clark would get Rummy's spot.

Just some thoughts

21. Nice try. . .
but the real powerhouse ticket would be

GORE/CLARK 2008

Anything short of that is Rove's customized dream to ensure another Republican victory.

All this Obama media smells like Rupert Murdoch to me. . .but hell if I know for whom these days. . .could be Rove. . .could be the Billary fishing for a VP for 2008.

It's all theater. . .while Iraqi US soldier deaths reach 2,796. . .wounded 21,077. . .Iraqi deaths 600,000+. . .

Are you hearing me Doctor Dean? Pleeeeeeeeease promote the brightest, persevering, straight-talking "doers" of the Democratic party. . .

GORE/CLARK 2008

:kick: :kick: :kick: :kick: :kick:
