News says Hatfill (anthrax)has won one round in his libel suit again NYTimes

Hearing this I pulled out this link to a site with this post which I have saved to refer to in case something major happened with this case. It's a very interesting read and discusses the infamous "Dr. Z" who seems to be receiving protection from the US gov't but is nonetheless a suspect that the US media has largely ignored. I'm betting he is one of the sources the Times used.
