The viral e-mail--The RNC's best friend

I've already gotten two wingnut emails today that my coworkers have fallen for hook, line, and sinker.

I got the Denzel Washington email, and the Muslim "Christmas stamp" email. I provided a link to snopes for the sender, but I'm sure millions more got these.

These are tough because no one has to be accountable for these. And wingnuts eat them up like Thomas Kincade paintings.

Just giving a heads up, and an endorsement of snopes.com to be able to shoot these down, and send them right back out with the correct information.

at BAMC (Brook Army Medical Center) in San Antonio TX and donated a few millions to expand the "Fisher House" in that post. The "Fisher House" is available for free to parents or spouses of wounded soldiers so they do not have to spend money on hotels off-post. They can live there for a few weeks while the soldier is in the hospital. The e-mail mentions the fact that unlike Shawn Penn, Martin Sheen, Barbara Straisand, Tim Robbins, et al. Denzel has done a "patriotic duty" by visiting wounded soldiers. (Whatever dude!!)

Yup, got that e-mail too from my freeper friend. Thing is, the last political e-mail my "freeper" friend sent me was... :rolling drums: A picture of Bush with the phrase; "Can someone give him a blowjob so we can impeach him?" I almost got a stroke from that one. I never saw that one coming. I believe she has finally seen the light. Her husband has being deployed three times since the invasion (Kuwait, Qatar and Afghanistan) and he almost didn't get to retire when he was supposed to.

Well that is great for Denzel, if we were not in Iraq in the first place, we wouldnt need
all the 'medical attention' now would we????

wingnut friend that the huge majority (virtually all in my experience) spam political emails is Right Wing. It's the preferred anonymous no-accountable tool of the RWer. Wingnut response? Prove that lefties DON'T do this!

My idea was this: For every Bush-bashing or "lefty" email they can retrieve, FROM THEIR OWN email, and forward to you, you buy them dinner, for every RW spam email you can retrieve and send to them, they buy YOU dinner. We'll see who's wrong, and who's fat!

This also works if you make it a dollar per email, a beer, or something like that.
