The little box on Busholini's back could be a receiver.

I have seen photos of him wearing it while driving his truck and also walking around the WH. It is probably a receiver for Secret Service messages in case of an emergency that he needs to be informed about.

4. Probably started wearing it again after Letterman the other night

You know the bit, great speeches of our presidents, or whatever it's called. It showed Bush at a press conference getting asked a question, looking confused, then belching. Pretty damn funny.

When asked if he had foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks, Bush stumbled and look confused. Maybe his message feeder didn't know how to respond and couldn't send Bush his response.

6. Unless the photo was photo shopped

the photo of him wearing this device while driving in his truck around his so called ranch would seem to indicate that he wears this either as a medical device or to receive messages. Why else would he be wearing it while driving around on his property?

It has been proven by Nasa enhanced imagery , that he was wearing a similar device during the debates in '04. I wish the NYTimes hadn't cut that story just b4 the election. I still get mad everytime I think about it!
