Is Russert just not listening to ANYTHING Cardin has to say?????
Cardin just explained why he's not supporting a specific timeline NOR suggesting pulling troops out while Iraq is unstable yet the VERY NEXT question from Tim was, paraphrasing, "why would you pull troops out even if Iraq was unstable?"

2. I was going to post the same thing
Why doesn't Timmy just stick his fingers in his ears and yell "NEENER NEENER NEENER I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"? It would be just as effective.

5. But Timmy just came back to this point after Steele criticized Cardin for pulling out.
Steele is speaking out of more than both sides of his mouth!!

4. Steele keeps saying Cardin has no plan and then describes Cardin's plan!

Steele just described Cardin wanting to redeploy troops at 10,000/month. Sounds like a plan to me!!

7. Right on Roland99
I just said the same thing here while watching. Steele keeps saying Cardin has no plan and then in the next segment he criticizes Cardin's plan. From my experience, Marylanders are too smart to fall for this lightweight. I have never seen Steele, but I expected a lot more than just a pretty tie on an empty suit.

8. Then we wouldn't have had this six year nightmare.
Bush and intelligence are incompatible.

13. Steele has a bumpersticker that says
Steele
Democrat

He said it was a type of "reagan democrat" thing, where his dem friends could put it on their car. It was short for "I'm a Steele Democrat". Then Timmy asked him if he had said that the R is a scarlett letter and Steele said YES. He is trying to confuse the voters with that sticker.

15. Does seem confusing and could possibly backfire?
Repukes would see that and then vote against him!

14. He was nailing Steele for running away from the fact that's he's a repuke
Showed video clip of him praising chimp and proudly calling himself a repuke at the GOPiggie convention in '04, htat he was the Chair of the Repuke party in MD but nowhere on his website does he id himself as one. His campaign has printed bumper stickers that actually say "STEELE DEMOCRAT"...but not one that says "STEELE REPUKE"...

busted!

10. Russert is just a simpering weasel
I won't ever watch that show- and the few times I did always ended up to be mistakes.

Might as well turn on Fox.
