Service has never been to high on the list of things to be. It is sort of odd as the IQ even is better than the general public but they have never been tops in the class system. Frankly I always thought Kissinger was way over rated and lived up to his name. He Kissed ass and got a head with out much brains. Rice most likely took lessons from him. Every one needs their sweet talking guy that tells them how great they are. Kissinger did it well and his ego was just so out of it. Bush and Nixon really seemed to need these people.
