US Government made a Pro-Marijuana Propaganda Video (1942)
"Hemp for Victory"

If you haven't seen this film yet made by the US Department of Agriculture in 1942, it's interesting on several levels:
    World War II History
Industrial applications of hemp (for those that don't know)
    History of Hemp
Library of Congress denied the existence of this film until they received copies someone found
Check it out if you get the chance - it's a CLASSIC government film production, complete with cheezy narrator.

2. Ha!
"The USDA even went as far as to urge 4-H clubs to grow at least half an acre, but preferably 2 acres of cannabis."

Funny, 4-H camp is where I got my first introduction to cannabis. :smoke:

3. interesting. I guess that is probably the origins for the missouri roadside
that I had to go see once upon a time long ago because I couldn't believe it grew wild.
