Seriously -
Senator Kerry has strong political views that this country should have something called checks and balances or separation of powers. Alito has demonstrated a marked hostility to this. Kerry has strong political views about the rights of women, about our Constitutional Rights, about our liberties and about equality. Alito is opposed to everything any good progressive believes. He would endanger the freedoms this country holds dear (although I wonder how much we value it if we keep allowing people in office who constantly seek to undermine it)

Of course it's political to vote against Alito, just as its political for most of the Republican LeaderSHEEP voting for him. I have to wonder why CNN isn't asking if it was politics or conviction that led Dubya to NOMINATE Alito, or for that matter for Senator Spector to support him.

I wish they had an option for "go fuck yourself CNN, you miserable shitbags, that's right, fuck you."
