This is NOT the Presidential Daily Briefing
Though I found this rather disturbing. I'm currently in Washington DC, doing the tourist thing.

Yesterday the security guys kept clearing people from in front of the White House - not sure why. Maybe someone looked out the window and said to Bush "there's a bunch of tourists outside" and Bush thought he said "terrorists" so they had the area cleared. Wouldn't surprise me.

Am I being paranoid ?? Is there an election coming ??

3. No - really - I was being a good boy
No signs or T-shirts or anything. The security guys were a bit heavy-handed though - one of them was yelling rather animatedly at some Chinese tourists with a fragile grasp of English. Not a good look.

I thought the white house was the people's house. I thought it belonged to US. Is bush going to barricade himself in and lock people up who want to see what THEIR HOUSE looks like.

5. That's exactly what he has done and doing....
And that's why we have to win to restore some semblance of balance...meaning he will be a lame duck for two years....and I will have a bag of popcorn and a brewski and watch him have a meltdown...
