10. For Democrats, yeah. Republicans, unfortunately, don't have that problem
as we find out every two years by bitter experience. As a general rule though, the better the weather, the higher the turnout and the higher the turnout the better for us. (Diebold willing, as always)

Verdict: Saddam, GUILTY!

US population response: No shit! (Little beyond that)

GOPPER use of verdict (whether true or not): Turned public opinion just before the
vote tipping the balance magically moving 30% of the votes from the Democratic column
to the Republicans.
