Have the blue districts in VA reported in yet?
i keep hearing about hampton roads and i'm hoping that good for Webb but their numbers aren't reflected yet?

1. Conventional wisdom is that rural areas report first
and urban areas report last. Democrats are more likely to live in urban areas.

6. The downstate numbers came in first
Southside and southwestern Virginia.

The next set of number will probably be Tidewater and Richmond Metro.

Counties like Albemarle (Charlottesville) and Loudon, for example, aren't in yet.

I live in northern VA, and the numbers for Webb right now, with the counties that have reported, are wonderful.

Just hang on - it'll get even better. :)

10. I don't think we know which ones are reporting....
Several of the nets keep talking about a "central" tabulation site which makes it harder to know where votes are coming from....
