7. I'm almost positive Amendment 2 will pass.
As of the end of October, polls showed it to be 51-35 "yes."

10. Sounds like this race won't be known for a while
Apparently, turnout has been so high (according to MSNBC) that polling places were running out of ballots, and were Xeroxing them, but those wouldn't work in the scanners and blah blah blah cluster fuck.

It's going to be so close, all these little "glitches" are sure to hold up the counting until James Baker and Karl Rove get there!
