2. can't do the math...but eyeballing it, it looks like it'll be damn close
some significant macaca precincts still out, but the look to be balanced by some whopper Webb precincts

Recount for sure, but he will go into it 5-10k votes down, IMO.

sure is close, but I don't see how Webb picks up more than 8,000...bummer

4. Still quite a few precincts outstanding in Richmond City.
Richmond City is trending 80% in favor of Webb.

16. My guess would be a slight.....slight...
democratic advantage. But working at the poll today I would have said Webb had this wrapped up, so I obviously am not a good person to ask. Sorry.

13. webb needs to stay within 1% for a recount at the very least
I don't know if he can make up for allen's lead but those precincts should help him stay within the required 1%.

19. The 3rd and 11th districts are both Webb-heavy and ...
... with significant votes yet to be counted. (Wet finger.) It looks like 5,000 net votes for Webb are coming from the 3rd District and about 4,000 from the 11th District. That 9,000 won't cover the 14,000-vote gap.
