There seem to be 12 open precincts rather than the 8 reported on the summary page (James City County shows only 11 of 16 precincts reporting rather than 14 of 16).

While the areas favoring Webb have been reporting. The areas favoring Allen have not reported anything in a long time. Did I hear him say that some areas were going to come back in and finish counting tomorrow?

Richmond City: 72% Webb, 26% Allen 2 absentee precincts


PRETTY EVEN – 1 PRECINCT

Loudon County: 50% Webb, 49% Allen 1 Absentee precinct.


AREA FAVORS ALLEN – 8 PRECINCTS

Halifax County: 59% Allen, 40% Webb 1 Absentee Precinct Open

Isle of Wright County: 57% Allen, 41% Webb, 1 Precinct – Raynor

James City County: 53% Allen, 46% Webb - 5 Precincts - 2 Absentee Precincts, Berkeley C, Stonehouse B, and Roberts B. The summary shows 14/16 precincts reporting but the detail shows only 11/16 precincts reporting.

Virginia Beach City: 52% Allen, 46% Webb - 1 Absentee Precinct
