6. Mehlman was just on "Today," saying we need to make sure all the votes are counted

I think that's probably a good sign, if that's all he could come up with when asked "is there anything in Virginia/Montana to make you optimistic that you will win there?" You figure if there was something that made him optimistic, he'd damn sure speak about it.

Not that I don't. I'm not trying to deny the right to vote to anyone, but during the entire 2000 debacle, they did everything they could to stop counting the votes when it was in their guy's favor.
