Dear Skinner, can we have a thread of ballot measures?
Most morning papers did not have full count of CA ballots, for example, but it appears that parental notifications failed not only in CA but in one more state.. That all the minimum wage ballots passed, that all the anti-gay ones passed, too, same with eminent domain ones. Then there is a mish-mash of smoking ballots, two in some states.. And while South Dakota killed the abortion ban, Wisoncins is ready to start killing convicts..

Perhaps DUers from these states can post now that even the West Coast is awake..

In Minnesota, the ballot - objected by most of the MN DUers - amending the constitution to mandate a certain amount of vehicles sales tax to transportation - passed 59 to 41 with 80% reporting.
