Seriously, their use of "Democrat party" or "Democrat plan" or any use of the word 'Democrat' as an adjective instead of a noun is one short step removed from a racial or ethnic insult.

Think about a Nazi using the phrase "Jew party" and you'll understand what I mean.

He said at every campaign stop, Bush said Democrats were not good on security and would be satisfied if the terrorists won and now he's saying that he thinks Dems care just as much about security as Republicans do and he said how good is it for the country to be making such strong partisan attacks on national security?

Great question, great point. Bush couldn't really answer it, of course.
