Bush adviser: President will be eating crow during lunch with Pelosi today
Edited on Thu Nov-09-06 08:23 AM by wicket
LINK It started with what both described as a gracious phone call early Wednesday and, at Bush's invitation, continues over lunch on Thursday. What's on the menu? "For the president, it's probably a little bit of crow," presidential counselor Dan Bartlett told CBS' "Early Show" Thursday.

3. The new G.O.P. strategy
Admit defeat, tell jokes, and act like you are all about bipartisanship! (and hope like hell that your new approach to politics buys you bronwnie points when the investigations come)

6. Bipartisanship ain't gonna cut it... Sorry to say.
I'm all about nonpartisanship... Especially in international matters.

These scum have been arguing "mandate" for years and bellowing "the will of the people!" while ramrodding us at every opportunity. Remember the hearings in the basement on Capitol Hill? While I understand decorum and the need to cooperate on some issues - the stakes are too high now after the mess they created by being in control for years. Screw bipartisanship unless its something drastic - we have to fix their mess now and that won't happen unless we step on a few toes.

15. Crow should be pretty tasty when compared to the
unadulterated s*it that * and the Rs have been serving the American people for the last 6 years. I hope he chokes on the feathers.

16. Will he kiss her on the cheek when he greets her?
:puke: If he shakes her hand, will he sanitize it afterwards like he did when he met Obama? He needs to eat more than a little bit of crow.
