5. My mother is a lifelong Republican
She read Dobbs book and got fed up with Washington. She now realizes the old Republican party is gone. She would never vote Democratic, had a special bug about the Dem running in her district. But she told me last night as I was toasting Rumsfeld's departure that she voted for neither. And she thought that best represented her wishes.

It was great to hear her say we really do share the same ideals.
