1) Once again, I say good riddance to Lincoln Chafee:

Two days after losing a bid for a second term, Sen. Lincoln Chafee said he was unsure whether he would remain a Republican.

Chafee lost to Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse in a race seen as a referendum on
President Bush and the GOP. On Thursday, he was asked whether he would stick with the Republican Party or become an independent or Democrat.

"I haven't made any decisions. I just haven't even thought about where my place is," Chafee said at a news conference. When pressed on whether his comments indicated he might leave the GOP, he replied: "That's fair."

He left a long time ago.

2) The despicable Bill Maher puts his liberal tolerance on display.

3) Ken Mehlman steps down as RNC chair. Making way for Michael Steele?

4) LGF is monitoring John "Okinawa" Murtha.

Huh? Did anyone follow the links? You get to a clip of Maher calling the GOP on their hypocrisy about homosexuality -- stated in reasonable tones.

I'd say that Malkin is desperate, but she's always like this. She is so anxious to wiggle out of Ann Coulter's shadow.
