Al Franken
I know that Malloy and Randi are on board. But what about the King of Air America, Al Franken? I'm just curious because he isn't the most progressive type guy IMO.

1. My take on Franken is he is not for filibuster
Al Franken is not a true liberal in the sense of fighting for what is right (my opinion, I am not stating this as a fact.)

He has already stated that he is against impeachment because he feels it would be bad for the country, so I get the same feeling that he is not for the filibuster.

He is a pragmatist and is looking to run for the senate as a middle-of-the-roader is the feeling I get.

I think he is overpaid as Radio Host so I hope he gets the senate seat in Minnesota so that a true progressive like Thom Hartmann or Randi Rhodes can take his spot.

He show is so boring, and his hem-and-hah-erring is like fingernails on a blackboard. Listening to Al Franken is like listening to paint dry.

no, no, no, well, okay...your right. Gee, everyone would laugh if they could see double-takes on the radio. Can we get another girl to be a "giggler" on, so that people will know when to laugh?

7. But she REEEEAAAALLLLLLY loves Oprah.
She mentions Oprah like once a day. That's true love and different that dedicating practically half your show to gossip about Oprah on a day when EVERY other liberal talk show host dedicated much of their show time to talking about Alito and the importance of the fillibuster. I love Randi, too, BTW.

9. I don't know about that. Al isn't afraid to open his mouth against the
establishment. I think he "picks his battles" and I may not agree with some of his decisions...but, he's opened his mouth far more than the majority of our elected Congresspeople.

10. Don't wait too long to pick your battles
because with Alito on the bench the war could be over.

13. I guess you never read his books. They're FULL of THE TRUTH.
Unlike the GOP.

I guess that makes me a capitalist, too. I love the TRUTH.
