What was your favorite sound bites from this week?
1. MSNBC now calls that the control of the house will go to democrats.

2. When little Ricky said "I just called and offered my congratulations Senator-Elect Casey" ... and some supporter in the crowd screeched something that sounded like they had something shoved up their ass.

What's yours?

1. This:
Ed Rollins: "San Francisco isn't the Center."
Democrat: "That didn't work during the campaign - why are you sticking with it?"

2. I heard that, was a very pained wail and was almost as funny
as seeing his children cry

4. I don't know why, but this stood out to me...

Jon Tester was caught off-camera in the tv studio, he turned his head toward someone off-camera in back of him, & he said, "Butte's still out?" Yes, he was told, then a moment of silence...Tester's subtle smile evolves into a grin, & he said, "That's good."

I think I have a crush on him. :)

This was included in Keith O's "Memorable Election Night Moments" video, with thanks to Crooks & Liars.

5. Read about this on DU this morning and...
just had to hear it for myself.

Byron Dorgan in response to a freep C-Span call.

"Well, put some sugar on your Cheerios, have a cup of coffee, and take a nap!"

It was definitely classic. :7

6. I loved hearing Webb say,
"The votes are in and we won." I guess it was a little premature but he was right! :7

7. I like the sound of crying coming from the Bush White House bedroom
on Wednesday mornings after a decent election. It sounds like....victory.

8. "would that grin be of the shit-eating variety?" Stewart to Dean
"I don't get it, its like Chinese or something, don't applaud yourself." Matthews to Olbermann re: Clinton clapping along with her supporters.

"We're calling Virginia for Webb."

10. I also loved Santorum's concession speech and seeing his
kids cry, and Rummy's final speech. Damn, what a week.
