3. one place to look for answers is the corporate contributors . . .
of both the Democrats and Republicans in the "Gang of 14" . . . Alito will strengthen an already pro-business Court, and I imagine there's a lot of pressure being exerted by the industries that fund the campaigns of these senators to ensure that his nomination is approved . . .

1. I think there is more pressure from constituents to oppose Alito.
After all, corporations don't elect representatives - unless were talkin diebold. ;)
