It is not a partisan issue !!!!

A unitary president with the blessing of the judiciary to act in secret should rub many conservatives, particularly the paleo-conservatives, the wrong way. This runs counter to the Constitution and counter to the very foundations of democracy itself.

Those Republicans who argue that we are special interest groups, or that we are pushing a partisan agenda are DEAD WRONG! All we are pushing for is the truth, and at the very least the background of Alito and his views should be investigated much more intensely. Cloture will not happen anytime soon!

But polarization between the parties has been such a successful Rovian strategy that pugs and voters alike would rather vote with party than with principle.
