So I'm reading Al Franken's latest.....
...The Truth with Jokes and I'm getting angrier by the syllable. After the Democrats won the election, I felt that we could contain the Little Monkey White House sufficiently enough until the 2008 election. However, I now have a change of heart: this criminal cabal headed by the least qualified post-pubescent teenager - who apparently is suffering from fetal alcohol syndrome, thanks Silver Douche Bag! - to ever occupy the office of the Presidency, needs to me removed immediately.

Speaker Peloisi needs to give Chairman Conyers as much latitude that he needs to swing his mighty gavel.

1. I think the gavel will come, but I suspect we want to negotiate the troops
coming home first? Again, just speculation on my part.

I do love Al though and will have to check out that book.

4. I'm sure.
He's not one to take the Ann Coulter approach to research. ;)

5. A problem with trying to hold the troops hostage--it will cost them politically too
There may be reason for Bush to try that but GOP in Congress might think twice (until they get the fax from Karl and phone call from the Chamber of Commerce telling them what to think).
