RADICAL FRINGE TOON - Sun 11/19 HAT TIP TO SYDNIE

I was suffering from "toon block", I guess you could say the "toobs were clogged". I put out a call to DUers to toss me some ideas.

From the lack of throngs of cheering crowds, it seemed obvious to me, that there must have been some misinterpretation of the script.
