What happened to all the schools, hospitals, etc. in Iraq....
that we heard so much about. We were told of the progress being made with schools, hospitals and power plants being built and how wonderful it was. Why aren't we hearing about that now? I did read where the Iraqis injured in one of the horrible bombings were taken to Iran to be treated. Why is that if we made so much progress? I'm just curious.
Progress is not allowed to be spoken about because then it will bring attention to these projects and put them in danger! Just heard that on the news this week--a number of times.
2. Why no photos or video tape of all that WE have built in Iraq?
Let us see the schools and hospitals. That would have been such good PR. Or is it the truth that we haven't done much rebuilding?
I can only remember seeing one so-called school that was very austere and cold looking built of block walls. I really couldn't tell if it was an existing building. It certainly didn't look new or conducive to learning.
