Use an index card if you have to. His right side (our left) looks like a drooling idiot. But the left side looks more like the malevolent glare of a mass-murderer.

Am I imagining this?

ETA: Interesting that his right (drooling idiot) side is controlled by the left, or "intellectual" part of his brain, while his left (mass-murderer) is controlled by the right, "emotional" side.
