Election night Tweety was DEMANDING that Dems "come up with a PLAN, now!!!1"
Yes, I know that after his recent illness, the bleeding-heart/we're-NOT-like-THEM wing of our community here is demanding that we be NOBLE and turn the other cheek yet again so that Tweety can continue to fuck us over like he has for at least eight years (two more than the year 2000).

So my thoughts turn to the week after the Dem win, when Tweety would confront every Dem he could snare and demand that the person spew a PLAN for Iraq, NOW!!!1 That, what, were the Dems going to sit back and WAIT for the BAKER circus to spit one up??? That the Dems had to ACT LIKE ADULTS now that we were in the majority, that ADULTS MAKE POLICY, don't just gripe!!!!1

Well, now that the much balleyhooed BAKER proposals are OUT, let's see how much actually gets whipped into shape by ANYBODY, including the Shrub maladministration, since, after all, it is the EXECUTIVE branch that is supposed to propose and execute foreign policy!!!1

Yes, that was our Tweety then. And guess what, when he gets back from Sick Leave, he will be THE SAME BASTARD!!!1 Because diabetes is MANAGEABLE----being Tweety is NOT!!!!1

Since he's home now, maybe he will have time to see this.

1. Right "The PLAN" bullshit was all the GOP could ask the dems
about before the election. NOW WHAT IS BUSH'S PLAN FOR IRAQ?

4. When the Dems said it, it was "cut and run." When the Repubs said
the same thing, it was their "plan."

8. They're "being flexible" ...
in the same way that they refused to have any part of Clinton's economic plan of 1993 ... and then tried to take all the credit for the prosperity that arose instead of the "depression worse than the 1930s" that they claimed would occur ...

5. Asking Dems for a plan was the beginning of the strategy to pass blame off of Bush Co to the Dems.
My guess is that they want Bush to have a legacy that says he went after the 9/11 terrorists but the Dems stopped him from completing his mission. They are concerned about the history books not about the war.

It is our job to prove that PNAC had the plan to attack Iraq before 2000 and that this war has nothing to do with terrorism.

6. Here's the plan, ya swabees!!
We've lost Bush's war, so its time to retreat and reap the consequences.

Gotta better plan, Tweety? Still in denial, you neocon enabling DWEEB?

Tweety's famous quote "We're All neo-cons now"

7. Tweety was also in a frothing huff
On election night, Tweety was also in a frothing huff because so many of the victorious Democratic candidates were spending their time at the celebration parties thanking their donors, their staffs, and their volunteers. Some of them were smiling and having their pictures taken. Others were clapping or dancing to the loud music being played in large hotel ballrooms. And Tweety was M-A-D as H-E-Double Hockey Sticks about it!

Why was he so mad? Because none of the candidates seemed to be thinking about addressing Tweety and his concerns! It was a travesty! An insult! The worst thing that had ever happened in the history of the Republic, and Tweety wanted his four very uncomfortable-looking guests to agree with him. All those victorious candidates, and not one of them was directing his or her remarks to Tweety, personally. I feared the poor boy was going to have an aneurysm. His studio guests looked like they were hoping he would.
