YowZa ::: Congressional Approval at 13%!
Edited on Thu Dec-07-06 09:38 PM by jefferson_dem
:wow:

Congressional Approval: 13% Good or Excellent

December 7, 2006

Election 2006 was a referendum on President Bush and the GOP Congress. As Election Day dawned, just 15% of Americans rated the performance of the GOP Congress as good or excellent. For the GOP faithful, it probably seemed as if it couldn’t get any worse. But, now, as the Republican Congress is fading into history, their ratings have sunk a bit lower--just 13% now say they’re doing a good or an excellent job.

8. Careful.
That sentiment only serves to make it so that truly only the rich can run for office.

It is what has happened to the state legislature here in Nevada. I get paid better then my state legislator as a substitute teacher. So does your average janitor. So does your average fast food worker.

Because of that, only the rich can run for office in Nevada, because one literally cannot survive on what the job pays.

5. Worst. Congress. Ever.
Gosh, what went wrong? With compelling social issues like flag burning and Terri Schiavo, who woulda thunk it could fail? Morans.

15. Don't forget legislation allowing forced vaccinations on orders from Bu$h and no recourse
Edited on Fri Dec-08-06 08:59 AM by Jose Diablo
if the vaccination itself is the cause of a disease because Congress gave immunity to the Pharmas. It would be the same as the military crop dusting a town with poison, just to find out what would happen if they sprayed thousands with certain bioagents to test a weaponized bacteria so they could test the effectiveness of a bio weapon.

There is so much bullshit in this country. There will be a day of reckoning for these assholes and it won't be just getting voted out, unless one considers getting all the way out as getting voted out. But for now, these people think they are immune to the wrath of the people, because they think the voting machines are all that matters, they believe their guards can protect them from anything. Wen the lid blows on the pressure cooker, the whole kitchen is filled with scalding steam.

The biggest fear of the masters is the slaves will revolt, because in the end, the masters depend on the slaves to be fed. However, the slaves don't need the master, so we see the periodic influx of new slaves and the "promise" of a land of milk and honey, which never materializes because the masters have rigged the game.

When the illusions end, the dance stops. It's like that game we played as children, musical chairs. Congess is trying to elliminate and replace the slaves before the music ends. This off-shoring and in-shoring of jobs, this country has been turned into a plantation, complete with strawboss CEO's and house negroes brought in from Mexico or India with guards around the cotton field perimeter; call the guards the military/police wearing mirrored sunglasses so they think we don't know who they are standing with a rifle expecting to be addressed "yo boss" by those they think they are guarding. It won't be the cakewalk they thought it will be just like how the neocons fucked-up in Iraq.

It's a Kissinger "depopulation" plan being set-up. But we now know, Kissinger screwed the pouch in South America. The guy is stupid about reality because he has never experienced "reality". He is all intellect and no common sense. But he will learn. It's only time, a heartbeat away.

Ok, the psyop specialists can now pile-on. Do your worst.

Edited on Fri Dec-08-06 02:15 AM by illinoisprogressive
this is a historically bad time in politics. Not only the worst president but, historically the worse congress as well.
lazy, greedy, partisan, uninvolved, not too bright, incompetent, ect, ect.
When 50 or so years go by and the history of this period is written people will ask what was the matter with us.
Not much to be proud of.
Progresoid, love the saying. wonderful

13. Rubinomics and more Iraq war won't improve that rating.
Disgust with the GOP won't amount to a pass for Dems. An overwhelming number of Americans no longer trust the political class, and until we see change, who can blame them?

how big a landslide the Democrats would have really won by in
November if the elections had all been fair.
