This is not an Ammendment.


Seems like impeachment would be an easier and less constitution shredding way of achieving that goal.

2. Impeachment would be temporary.
An amendment would be forever. This was a suggestion made by a co-worker. Some day, we'd all be able to point to Amendment 28 and tell our great grandchildren that George W. Bush is not the President. Not now, not ever again.

(The impeachment of feloneous five for Bush v. Gore -- yes, even posthumously -- should be on the list too.)

Stopping the bleeding (impeachment) is probably the easiest part of saving the patient (a True America).

6. Well, I proposed this mostly as a joke.
The idea of having dubya enshrined in the Constitution as not being the President just seems so... just.
