That demented, sometimes pleading, sometimes smirking face of Bush reveals alot. He is pleading with an audience that no longer believes him. He knows that the American people are aware of what he is and his mannerisms are pleading with people to see him as "OK". That: "Don't you get it attitude" has replaced the arrogance of the past and the repetition of inanities about the Iraq War are just delaying tactics as is the bipartisan joke called Baker--Hamilton.
The Press meeting yesterday reveals a man in a state of panic when you look closely at his eyes. He is very worried and knows there is nothing he can do to stop the day of reckoning.
Just listen and watch Roosevelt, Kennedy, or Ike, to compare.
