12. Impeachment is one thing, having the numbers for the required...
"super majority" to convict is quite another. So, even impeachment would probably not force him to get the troops out of Iraq unfortunately. Unless they resign amid the impeachment proceedings and whoever he appoints as VP, who then becomes President take the action to get us out of Iraq.

10. Other: a revolt of moderate Republicans who will support impeachment
unless he ends it.

I believe this is the most likely scenario of all, and the ONLY way he'll withdraw troops from Iraq.
