Just watched "United 93"
on A&E. Can I get 2 hours of people saying goodbye to each other over the phone? I mean, that sucks for the families, but I like stuff to happen in movies. Call me crazy!

1. I watched the movie UAL93 on PPV

last week.....if the movie is true to fact GWB had nothing to do with with the grounding of air traffic on 9/11 it was an ATC decision...yet another lie by the press and the bush administration.

5. The OP is talking about the TV movie that A&E made.
It's called Flight 93, not United 93. I got confused by the title in the OP.

6. oops, I thought they were one in the same
so glad that wasn't the thing in the theatres the Freepers were so in love with. Even they can't have that bad of taste.

7. not a joke but kind of a misunderstanding
this was just a TV movie but I thought it was the film that was in the theaters. Should have known it couldn't have been that bad.

3. I thought it was awful.
Such a piece of shit movie.

Not because of the events but because, seriously, it was such a bad movie.

The writing was terrible, there was no character development...the story didn't make me "feel" for the characters.

Regardless if the movie is real of not, I need to feel for the characters.

I was like---just crash the plane so I can leave already.

What a waste of time.

4. ON EDIT: You're talking about Flight 93... NOT United 93
Edited on Mon Dec-18-06 11:28 PM by Connie_Corleone
2 different movies. United 93 is the one that was shown at the theater. That's the one I saw...on DVD. Flight 93 is the TV movie.

I didn't watch the TV movie.
