We moved in a week before Thanksgiving. Marta took this while the snow was falling Sunday. See photo 1.

1. Sweet! I just wish it was snowing here... or something
It is so un-winter here it's ridiculous.
I haven't even had to turn the heat on yet

3. Very, very nice. I hope you and Marta are enjoying the quiet -
I love the silence a fresh snowfall brings. The kitties like it because it warms up to snow here; it's so powdery they just romp right through it, and it brushes off their coats like dust.

We have a special fencing system that they can't jump over or climb out of, and a nice big back yard for kitty play.

4. Wow...you have forests and hills in Nebraska!!??
Edited on Wed Jan-03-07 09:24 PM by KzooDem
Just kidding...but I have to admit that I've only ever driven through Nebraska on my way to Wyoming and all I can remember are hundreds of miles of flat corn field country. Thanks for reminding me that you have a diverse landscape there in the plain states. Nice pic!
