Bush: Government Can Open Your Mail
Jan. 4, 2007 — President Bush says he and other government officials have the power to snoop through your mail without a judge's warrant.

Bush made the claim last month in a signing statement attached to a postal reform bill. Bush wrote that the bill "provides for opening of an item of a class of mail otherwise sealed against inspection."

After last year's revelation of Bush's secret domestic eavesdropping program, the move caused waves on Capitol Hill among some legislators who said that it contradicted the postal reform bill, as well as existing law.

1. More conservative values
"Conservatives" in this country detest the pesky constitution. Ironic because they wail and moan and groan to ensure they have constitutional liberties but if fellow citizens are fucked by "conservative" politicians then so be it. "Conservatives" are domestic enemies of the constitution, there can be no doubt.

2. There are conservatives and there are "conservatives", Boss
Conservatives like Goldwater support individual liberties, just like the rest of us. "Conservatives" like Bush don't.

3. Enemy combatants, they are, for sure.
Let's arrest and torture them to see what they have to say about it.

4. Or send them to GTMO for three years for no apparent reason
That would be another example of "conservative" values.

5. Get all that rich food and expensive wines out of their systems.
Think of it as "the cure." Rich, overfed, overprivileged people were always going away for that in the old days. Gitmo can become the in spa.
