They seated one of ours from Louisiana once just to then kick him out.

but the swearring in does not prejudice the court cases and challenges brought in florida. Meanning if the courts demand a re-vote, then it will be done and that winner will be the winner period.

9. Yes

The situation played out this way due to the last court contested election here in California. Busby/Billbrae, where they swore in Billbrae before the election was certified, and the Court said they had no jurisdiction regarding the matter as the House had already sworn him in. This eliminates the ability of Florida Courts to say they have no jurisdiction for those reasons. Thus the reason she said it would not prejudice the cases of contention already in the court system in Florida.
