What are the toll free numbers to the Capitol Hill Switchboard?

I seem to have such a difficult justifying paying long distance to call my legislators when I think of the pensions we are paying for and of course all of our taxpayer dollars are going to make the war profiteers rich.

So, could someone please provide the numbers?
