also, is my understanding. That is really open for abuse. There should be a limit on private trips on the plane.

3. The rule will be that they can't travel on corporate jets and then

reimburse that expense from their campaign funds. They are allowed and will be reimbursed if they own the plane themselves.

I would like to see them have to fly commercial myself.
