I come here each day, it is my life line you know, to read to learn etc. It seems the politicians don't get it. It was wrong to go into Iraq in the first place so there should be no discussion as to how we exit with honor or any of that. Just get out, there's nothing we can do to make amends at this point except remove our carcass's, go home, get out of there. I know it's a mess and I know how it got to be a mess and I also know that no matter the amount of debating the issue it will be a mess as long as we are there, nothing we can do about that now. The UN was created for this type of a situation and it is time for the UN to take it from here. No one expected that in the creation of the UN it would ever have to police the USA but no one ever thought that we would have this type crew running our government either, not a soul. The thought of it was beneath or values and what we stood for but here we are, a rogue nation.

3. It's like they forget that we are there illegally and to only serve a small segment of our society
the oil baron. We have just this past summer seen where their loality lies and it isn't with us, it wasn't before and it won't be in the future either. The argument should be how do we remove ourselves with the least lives lost, both sides, nothing more. Our approach in dealing with terrorism is exactly why there is terrorist in the first place, how is that going to ever win I wonder, it can't thats how.

2. The SCOTUS took the first wrong step, in 2000
Edited on Sun Jan-07-07 11:25 AM by Hubert Flottz
They placed partisan politics ahead of the will of the people.

The Five SCOTUS Justasses let this Pandora out of the box.

The Five Justasses "BROKE IT"...after it had worked for 230 years!

4. And if anyone wants to know why it is we are here, that's the answer
Something tells me they had some idea of how this little tyrant and his co-horts work and something also tells me, they like the rest of us had no Idea that is would be this bad.
