They probably threatened to reduce his Chief of Staff's pay if he refused. And that hits close to home, seeing as his COS is likely paying half the mortgage on their swanky place....
4. Yes, trying to run out the clock on the first 100 hours
I posted that last week, and it still seems to be the case. They're just killing time playing the victim for having to DO THEIR JOBS, just so they can point to the Democratic majority as ineffective and breaking their promises covering that first 100 hours.
The leadership is going to have to cut the crybabies off and tell them to sit down and shut up if they have nothing to add in a policy debate.
